What does Al’Fez mean?

Al’Fez, or ال فاس in Arabic, translates directly to mean “The Fez”.

 Where do your products come from?

Core ingredients such as Za’atar, Sumac, Tahini and Couscous are imported from origin. Our sauces and pastes are made to Sam’s own recipes using spice blends exclusively created for each product.

At Al’Fez we’re keen to offer our customers an authentic culinary experience – we cater for both expert cooks as well as beginners who are looking to try the cuisine for the first time.

In the UK, our products are sold in Whole Foods Market, independent shops and wholesalers, online and with Ocado, and in supermarket chains such as Tesco and Waitrose.

Internationally, Al’Fez is sold in 10 European countries as well as in the USA, Canada, South Africa and India.
