Classic Ras El Hanout Chicken
2 Chicken breast
Olive oil to drizzle
Preheat grill on high. Score 4-5 deep diagonal cuts into each chicken breast. Sprinkle and rub Ras El Hanout into the whole chicken breast. Drizzle top side with olive oil and grill for 10 minutes each side until cooked.
Serving Suggestion: Serve on a bed of couscous or rice with salad. Mix Harissa with olive oil and use as a dipping sauce.
