Moroccan Couscous Stuffed Pepper
Ingredients
1 Al’Fez Moroccan Spiced Couscous
2 Large red pepper
½ Red pepper
½ Green pepper
½ Yellow pepper
½ Red onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare Al’Fez Moroccan Spiced Couscous as instructed on the pack. Finely chop 1/2 red, 1/2 green, 1/2 yellow peppers and onion, fry in crushed garlic and oil. Slice and deseed the large red peppers and stuff with fried couscous and vegetables. Bake in oven for 30 minutes
Serving Suggestion: Serve with Kofta Kebabs and Tahini potato Salad.
