A wonderfully complex concentrate of spices with a rich & zesty flavour.
Serving Suggestions: Add 1-2 teaspoons of paste to chicken or vegetable stock to make a tagine sauce; then serve casserole style with meat or vegetables over a bed of couscous. Alternatively, stir fry chicken or vegetables in some oil. Add 1-2 teaspoons of paste. Stir through till cooked; then serve with couscous, in wraps or pitta pockets.
