Kofta Kebabs with Sumac

Ingredients

8tsp of Al’Fez Kofta Kebab Mix

400g Lamb/beef minced meat

240g Basmati rice

1tsp Al’Fez Sumac

1 Egg

 

8 Skewers

Method

Mix the minced meat with Kofta Kebab Mix and beaten egg. Shape into sausage shaped kebabs.

Place on skewers and grill for approximately 10 minutes, turning frequently. Meanwhile, cook the rice as instructed on pack. Serve the kebabs on a bed of rice and sprinkle liberally with Sumac.

 

Serving Suggestion: Serve with Greek yogurt and mint or sour cream.
