Zahtar Potato Salad

Ingredients

12 Small potatoes

50g Natural greek yoghurt

2 tbsp Al’Fez Zahtar

Method

Slice potatoes in half and boil for 15 minutes until soft. Let potatoes cool. Mix in Greek yogurt and zahtar.

 

Serving Suggestion: Serve with Al’Fez Falafel, couscous and rice.
