Tahini Potato Salad

Ingredients

12 Small new potatoes

1 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp Al’Fez Tahini

1 tbsp chopped chives

Method

Slice potatoes in half and boil for approximately 15 minutes or until tender, then drain and let potatoes cool. Mix together the mayonnaise, Tahini then add the potatoes.

Sprinkle with the chopped chives and serve.

 

Serving Suggestion: Serve with Kofta Kebabs and Houmous & Vegetable Flat Bread.
