Al-Sultan Kebabs

Preparation: 1-2 Hours (Marinade meat)
Cooking: 15 Minutes
Serves: 4 Kebabs

Ingredients

1 x Al’Fez Couscous

500g x Lamb, Chicken or Beef - cut into cubes

2 x red peppers

1 x large onion

 

Marinade

3 x tablespoon lime juice

4 x tablespoon olive oil

2 x cloves garlic crushed

1 x tablespoon turmeric powder

1 x tablespoon curry powder

Fresh coriander

 

4 x skewers

Method

Mix ingredients of the marinade together and coat the cubed meat. Cover and leave for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Slice onion and peppers into large cubes. Thread the meat, peppers and onion onto 4 skewers. Grill for 15 minutes or until cooked and serve with Al’Fez Couscous (cook as instructed on pack).

 

Serving Suggestion: Salad and roasted vegetables. Delicious cooked "Al Fresco" on a barbecue.
