Apricot & Coriander Chilli Chicken Tagine

Ingredients

1 x Al’Fez Apricot & Coriander Sauce

2 x chicken breast

1 x small onion

1 x green pepper

2 x garlic cloves

1 x tbsp olive oil

½ tsp dried crushed chillies

Method

Fry sliced onion and crushed garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes. Add diced chicken breast, once chicken has browned add Tagine sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Add diced green pepper, crushed chillies and cook for a further 5 minutes.

 

Serve on a bed of couscous.
