Sweet Spiced Prawns with Tagliatelle
200g Precooked king size prawns
500g Fresh tagliatelle
1 Jar of Al’Fez Apricot & Coriander
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 Garlic cloves
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
Bunch of fresh coriander
1. Boil water in pan for pasta.
2. Heat the olive oil and butter in the pan, when the butter begins to sizzle, add crushed garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add cumin, ginger, paprika, cayenne pepper, cook briefly, then add prawns and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add the Apricot and Coriander jar of sauce and cook over a medium heat for 8 minutes.
4. Cook pasta. Serve prawns and sauce over a bed of tagliatelle and garnish with lemon and coriander.
Serving suggestion: Serve with Couscous and salad as an alternative.
