Harissa & Lemon Tiger Prawns

Serves: 2 (Starter)

Ingredients

12 x tiger prawns

2 x garlic cloves

1 x teaspoon of Al’Fez Harissa

1 x fresh lemon (cut into halves)

Oil for frying

Salt and pepper

Coriander for garnish

Method

Peel prawns and finely chop the garlic. Place a little oil in a frying pan and heat, once the oil is hot add prawns and fry for 3-4 minutes, turning regularly. Add the garlic and continue to fry for a further 3 minutes then add the Harissa and stir continually for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, place in a bowl and squeeze the juice from the whole lemon over the prawns.

Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper, add coriander for garnish.

 

Serving Suggestion: With a rocket salad and Harissa mayonnaise dip.
