Harissa and Honey Glazed Chicken Wings
5 tbsp Al’Fez Harissa
6 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
8 chicken wings
1 lemon for garnish
1. Trim the tips of the wings and cut in two at the wing joint. Mix all other ingredients and coat the wings reserving some sauce for serving. Marinade for one hour.
2. When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 180˚C/Gas mark 4. Arrange wings on a non-stick baking tray and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and serve with sour cream or garlic mayonnaise.
