Lamb Cutlets with Harissa Dressing
2 thinly sliced lamb steaks
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp Al’Fez Harissa
6 slices of prepared roasted red pepper
¼ cup chopped coriander
Juice of one lime
1. Season the lamb steaks with salt and pepper. Mix the Harissa with the roasted peppers, chopped coriander, and lime juice.
2. Fry Lamb in olive oil until cooked to your preference.
To cook rare: 2 min on each side. To cook medium: 3 min on each side.
3. Plate the steaks and top with Harissa & Pepper Dressing and yoghurt.
Serving suggestion: Serve with a simple salad and toasted ciabatta bread
