Lemon Chicken Tagine with Al'Fez Couscous
1 Jar of Al’Fez Lemon Tagine stir fry paste
4 Chicken breast fillets
2 Knob butter
Slice the chicken breast into strips and coat the whole chicken breast with lemon tagine paste.
Put a little oil in a pan and fry for 10 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally. Prepare the couscous as instructed on the pack and arrange on a serving plate. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
Serving Suggestion: Serve the chicken on a bed of couscous and a slice of lemon for presentation.
