Meatball Moroccan Tagine

Serves: 4

Apricot Meatballs

Ingredients


1 jar of Al’Fez Apricot & Coriander sauce

350g lamb or beef mince

½ chopped onion

½ pack chopped parsley

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

Salt & pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves


Method


For meatballs, combine mince beef, onion, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg and season with salt and pepper. With wet hands, form the mix into meatballs. 

 

Fry the meatballs in olive oil until brown. Pour the Apricot Sauce into a pan and add the meatballs, gently simmer for 20 minutes. Serve alongside Al’Fez Couscous.
