Moroccan Lamb Steak
4 Lamb steaks
4 tbsp Al’Fez Ras El Hanout
4 Knobs of butter
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Rub oil into the Lamb steaks and generously pat Ras El Hanout on each steak, until covered. Loosely wrap each individual steak into a foil parcel, add a knob of butter. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Served with roasted vegetables, rice or Moroccan couscous.
