Halloumi & Green Bean Salad with Harissa & Honey Dressing

Halloumi & Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

1½ tsp Al’Fez Harissa

250g Halloumi

100g Green beans

100g Broad beans

100g Carrots

2 tbsp Clear honey

2 tbsp Olive oil

Method

Peel the carrots and cut into batons. Slice the green beans in half.

Place the broad beans, carrots and green beans into a pan of boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. While the vegetables are boiling, create a dressing by mixing the harissa, honey and oil together. Drain the beans and carrots. Slice the halloumi into squares & fry in a large frying pan stirring occasionally. Cook until golden brown. Put all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.

 

Serving Suggestion: Serve with roasted meats and Al’Fez Couscous
