Al'Fez Recipes
Variations of Harissa Bruschetta
Ingredients
1 jar Al’Fez Harissa
2 cans plum tomatoes
1 pack Halloumi or Feta
Roasted red peppers
Ciabatta bread
1 tub/jar olives
1 jar capers
2 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Small bunch of chives
Method
Peel and deseed the tomatoes and chop into small cubes. Brush sliced Ciabatta with olive oil and grill until lightly toasted.
1. Mix ½ cup of tomatoes with 1 tsp of Harissa, 1 tsp capers and ½ crushed garlic clove. Arrange on slices of toasted Ciabatta.
2. Mix ½ cup of tomatoes with 1 tsp Harissa, 2 tsp sliced olives and ½ crushed garlic clove. Arrange on slices of toasted Ciabatta.
3. Mix ½ cup of tomatoes with 1 tsp Harissa, cubed Halloumi, 1 tsp chopped chives and ½ crushed garlic clove. Arrange on slices of toasted Ciabatta.
