Marrakech Potato Gratin

Marrakech Potatoes


1 jar Al’Fez Honey & Almond Sauce

2 large white potatoes

1 sweet potato

Drizzle of oil


1. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. In an oiled, shallow casserole dish create a layer of potatoes topped with sauce and repeat this process until about 1/4inch from rim then finish with more sauce.


2. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour at 180˚C/Gas mark 4 until top is well browned.


3. Serving suggestion: Makes a great side to many meat and fish dishes.
