Moroccan Spiced Couscous with Grilled Halloumi
1 Small Head of Broccoli cut into florets
250g Sliced Halloumi cheese
1/2 Cup sugar snap peas halved
1/2 Cup cherry tomatoes halved
1. Prepare Al'Fez Moroccan Spiced Couscous as per instructions on pack.
2. Steam broccoli and sugar snap peas.
3. Grill Halloumi on bbq or fry with olive oil in a pan until browned. Stir cooked veg with cherry tomatoes into Couscous and top with Halloumi. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Serve warm.
