Bulgur Salad Spiced with Harissa

Bulgur Salad

Ingredients


1 cup Al’Fez Bulgur Wheat

4 tbsp Al’Fez Harissa (adjust to taste)

¼ cup olive oil

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

2 celery stalks, diced

1 carrot, finely grated

¼ cup coriander, chopped

Salt and pepper


Method


1. Make up the Bulgur Wheat as per instructions on pack. Set aside to cool.

 

2. Mix the Harissa, olive oil and vinegar and add this to the cooked Bulgur together with the remaining ingredients.

 

3. Stir through, season to taste and serve.
