Spiced Rice with Pine Nuts

Spiced Rice

Ingredients

1 tbsp Ras El Hanout

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Water

1 Small Onion

200g Basmati Rice, cooked

Handful of Toasted Pine Nuts

Method

Toast pine nuts (this can be under a grill). Boil rice, fry chopped onion in oil until golden brown and set aside. Mix the Ras El Hanout with oil and water. Stir mixture into drained rice, cooked onions and pine nuts.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with Kofta Burgers or Harissa spiced burgers
