Torn Chicken, Avocado & Pancetta Salad

Chicken Avocado Pearl Salad



1 Cup cooked Al’Fez Pearl Couscous 

1 Cooked chicken breast torn into bite size pieces 

6 Pieces of crispy pancetta crumbled 

1 Cup cherry tomatoes sliced in half 

1 Ripe avocado cut in chunks 

½ Red onion chopped 

4 tbsp mayonnaise 

Salt and pepper to taste




Toss ingredients together.
