Chicken & Mango Salad with Honey & Mustard Dressing

Chicken Mango Salad



1 cup cooked Al’Fez Pearl Couscous 

1 cooked chicken breast torn to bite size pieces

1 ripe mango cut into chunks 

¼ cup chopped fresh basil and parsley 

Salt and pepper to taste




2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp grain mustard

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tbps water 

Salt and pepper to taste




Blend dressing, toss ingredients together.
