2 monkfish fillets
Al'Fez Moroccan Spiced Couscous
3 tsp Al'Fez Ras El Hanout
2 cloves garlic
Salt & pepper
1. Marinate the monkfish in a marinade made with parsley, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and 3 teaspoons of Ras El Hanout.
2. Make a dressing of chopped coriander, lemon juice and olive oil. Make up a packet of Al'Fez Moroccan Spiced Couscous and add half the dressing on top.
3. Fry the fish for 2 mins each side. Serve on a bed of couscous drizzling the remaining dressing over the fish.
