Lemon Chicken Tagine

1 Jar of Al’Fez Lemon Paste
4 Chicken breast fillets
1 Al’Fez Couscous
2 Knob butter
1. Slice the chicken breast into strips and coat the whole chicken breast with lemon tagine paste.
2. Put a little oil in a pan and fry for 10 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally. Prepare the couscous as instructed on the pack and arrange on a serving plate.
3. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
4. Serving Suggestion: Serve the chicken on a bed of couscous and a slice of lemon for presentation.
