Tomato & Lamb Tagine
Ingredients

Tagine Ingredients:
1 Jar of alfez Spiced Tomato & Herb Sauce
300g lamb - cubed
3 potatoes - cubed into 2cm
1 onion - roughly chopped
1 Red Pepper sliced
Fresh Coriander - small handfull chopped
10/15 cherry tomatoes
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Sides:
2 Pitta bread warmed
1 jar of alfez humous
Method
1. Cook all of the tagine ingredients in a tagine or casserole dish for 1.5 hours.
2. Serve will warmed pitta bread and humous.
