Pork Chops with Tahini Mash

4 Pork Chops 

Knob of butter 

Seasoning 

150g carrot 

150g swede 

2 tbsp Alfez Natural Tahini 

2 crushed garlic cloves 

Tsp of cumin seeds 

Splash of lemon juice 

Splash of olive oil 

Method

1. Boil the chopped veg for about 20-25 minutes until tender then drain. 

 

2. Meanwhile fry off the pork chops on a hot griddle. Mash the vegetables in a food processor with the tahini, garlic, cumin, lemon juice, olive oil and seasoning. 

 

3. When the chops have cooked, finish them off with a knob of butter. Serve the chop on top of the vegetable mash and pour the pan juices over the top.
