One Pot Tunisian Spaghetti

2lbs Casserole Beef 

1 jar Harissa Paste or more to taste 

I tin Chopped tomatoes 

3 large Carrots chopped into chunks 

3 large Potatoes chopped into chunks 

1 tbs Tomato Puree 

Seasoning to taste

Method

1. In a large Crockpot brown meat and drain, add Chopped Tomatos and Harissa Paste and a little water. 

 

2. Add carrots and Potatoes bring to the boil then turn down and simmer for 2 hours checking liquid now and again. 

 

3. In a pan of boiling salted water add spaghetti around 3 portions and cook until Al Dente, drain and add to meat mixture heat through adjust seasoning and serve. 

 

This recipe can be adjusted to suit different tastes. Harissa is a very fiery paste and should be tasted before adding an extra jar. Vegetables can be increased or decreased according to portion size.
