Al'Fez Recipes
Quorn & Chickpea Tagine
Ingredients

2 onions
2 cloves garlic
3 tsp Al'Fez Ras El Hanout
1 can chickpeas
8 dried apricots
Quorn chicken pieces
Apple juice or vegetable stock
Couscous
Method
1. Fry 2 chopped onions in olive oil for 5 minutes add garlic to taste. add 3 teaspoons Ras El Hanout spice mix. fry until the onions are soft.
2. Add tin of chickpeas, 8 halved pre soaked or ready to eat dry apricots, Quorn pieces and 10 fl oz apple juice or veg stock. Simmer gently for 30mins. Serve with couscous.
