Baba Ganoush Dip


Baba Ganoush is a delicious smoked aubergine dip, perfect for accompanying Middle Eastern dishes. Made from roasted aubergines and garlic with a dash of lemon juice to enhance its delicately smoky flavour, it’s great as a vegetarian side dish, part of a Mezze or just as a dip.

Ingredients: Aubergine (79%), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Sugar, Modified Potato Starch, Acididty Regulators (Citric Acid, Acetic Acid), Garlic Puree, Spirit Vinegar, Mustard Flour, Pasteurised Egg Yolk Powder, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).
