Bulgur Wheat is a versatile golden grain used in many Mediterranean cuisines and especially popular in the Middle East.

Made from wheat that is steamed, dried and cracked, it is very easy to prepare and has a texture similar to couscous – light and fluffy with more of a bite.

A good source of protein and fibre, Bulgur Wheat makes an excellent alternative to rice, couscous and potatoes.
