LEBANESE STYLE FALAFEL
One of the most popular vegetarian and vegan foods in the Middle East, Falafel are made with ground chickpeas, herbs and spices and are a simple, yet delicious food.
Falafel are commonly served in a pitta bread or flatbread. The falafel balls are topped with salads, pickled vegetables, hot sauce and drizzled with tahini-based sauces. Falafel balls may also be eaten alone as a snack or served as part of a mezze.
