MOROCCAN SPICED FALAFEL
This Moroccan Spiced Falafel is a tasty Chickpea mix enhanced with Spices including Chilli, Cumin, Paprika and Cayenne – all you need to create deliciously crispy, authentic Falafel Balls.
Falafel are commonly served in a pitta bread or flatbread and can be shaped as nuggets, burgers or patties. They can be topped with salads, pickled vegetables, hot sauce and drizzled with tahini-based sauces. Falafel may also be eaten alone as a snack or served as part of a mezze.
Fantastic for lunch in a wrap with salad leaves, tomatoes, red pepper strips and drizzled with Tahini. Serve as part of a Mezze platter or with a mixed salad and Al’Fez Tahini or Harissa Sauce.
